Refunds are available only for purchases made through the Bank Payment method. For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), our refund policy does not apply. Please ensure you understand this policy before making a purchase.

  • Arrives damaged or defective.
  • Does not function as expected or is of substandard quality.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Log in to your StarzGlobal.net account and navigate to the "Orders" section. Select the product you wish to refund and submit a Refund Request with a detailed description of the issue and any supporting evidence (photos, videos, etc.).
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your refund request within 3–5 business days. You may be contacted for additional information if necessary.
  3. Approval Notification: If your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Refund Processing

  • For Bank Payments: If you paid through the Bank Payment method, the refunded amount will be credited to your StarzGlobal wallet instantly from the date of refund approval. You may use this balance for future purchases on StarzGlobal.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: Refunds are also available for orders paid through Cash on Delivery. Please check the product and understand its specifications before completing a COD purchase.

5. Important Notes

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or items marked as "Final Sale," are not eligible for refunds. Check product descriptions for refund eligibility.
  • Refunded Amount: The refund will be for the product price only, excluding any shipping charges.
  • Exchange Option: In cases where a product is faulty, you may also request an exchange rather than a refund, subject to availability.
